What is the ABCDE method?

This is a simple acronym that describes the most common symptoms of melanoma. If you visit a dermatologist, often they will mention this acronym and ask you to track these symptoms at home. Mole Detective™ is a tool that helps you more easily track these symptoms so you can better understand if you have a potentially dangerous mole. You should visit a dermatologist annually and use the ABCDE method to highlight suspicious moles to your doctor.
